Activate and manage your license

A Pro license unlocks every export format, the builders, the client report and the media tools. This page explains how to activate it, how many browsers it covers and what happens offline or when it expires.

Payments and licenses are handled by Freemius, our Merchant of Record. Prices are shown excluding VAT; VAT is calculated at checkout.

Each browser where you activate the key uses one activation. To move the license to a new browser, deactivate it on one you no longer use, then activate it on the new one. You can move it whenever you want.

Manage your subscription

You manage your purchase in the Freemius customer portal (link coming soon). For details, see the License page.

Offline use and checks

Pro checks the license once a week and keeps working offline for up to 14 days, so a flight or a bad connection doesn’t interrupt your work.

When a license expires

If your license expires, Pickode goes back to the Free plan without losing your data. Free features keep working, and you can renew or activate a new key at any time.

Refunds

If Pickode isn’t right for you, you can ask for a refund within 30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
